Blessed: Gratitude Journal
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 6, 2026
Divith Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Blessed: Gratitude Journal mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
We take your privacy seriously. Our guiding principle is simple: we collect only what is necessary to deliver a personal, meaningful gratitude practice — and nothing more.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your email address (used for sign-in, communication, and account recovery)
- Your first name (used to personalise your experience within the App)
1.2 Practice Data
As you use the App, we store the content you create:
- Gratitude journal entries (blessings you write)
- Manifestation goals you set
- Vision Board images you upload
- Practice activity data such as blessing counts, visualisation minutes, and streak information
Your journal entries and goals are deeply personal. We never read, analyse, or share the content of your entries. They are stored securely and belong to you.
1.3 Usage Data
We collect basic usage information to improve the App experience:
- App open events and session duration
- Feature usage patterns (which tools you use, not the content you create)
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Crash logs and error reports
1.4 Purchase Information
If you subscribe, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and our payment partner RevenueCat. We never receive or store your credit card number, bank details, or billing address. We receive only:
- Subscription status (active, expired, or cancelled)
- Subscription plan type (monthly, annual, or lifetime)
- Transaction identifiers for purchase verification
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for these purposes only:
- Delivering the App experience — storing your journal entries, tracking your practice progress, and personalising your home screen
- Account management — sign-in, account recovery, and subscription management
- Email communications — sending onboarding guidance, practice reminders, and re-engagement messages to support your gratitude habit (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- App improvement — understanding usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features
- Customer support — responding to your questions or requests
We do not use your information for:
- Selling to third parties — ever
- Targeted advertising
- Profiling or automated decision-making
- Training AI or machine learning models on your personal content
3. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate the App:
- Supabase — cloud database and authentication. Stores your account and practice data securely. Supabase Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat — subscription management. Processes purchase verification and manages subscription status. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Loops — email communications. Receives your email address and first name to deliver onboarding and engagement emails. Loops Privacy Policy
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store — payment processing. Handles all financial transactions directly. We do not receive payment details.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Supabase. We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
- Row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data
- Secure authentication tokens
- Regular security updates and monitoring
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. When you delete your account:
- All your personal data, journal entries, goals, and Vision Board images are permanently deleted
- Your email is removed from our communications system
- This action is irreversible
6. Additional Rights for UK and EEA Residents
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR respectively:

- For UK residents: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at blessedapp.help@gmail.com.
8. Email Communications
When you create an account, you will receive emails to support your gratitude practice, including:

9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for analytics purposes.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email before the changes take effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last updated.
