Welcome to Blessed: Gratitude Journal (the "App"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, operated by Divith Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Blessed is a gratitude journaling and personal growth application that provides tools including a gratitude journal, vision board, gratitude stone, inspiring thoughts, motivational posters, and positive affirmations. The App is designed to support a daily gratitude and visualisation practice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to the App. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, access to premium features will be restricted.

4.2 Subscription Plans

The App offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly — billed every month
• Annual — billed once per year
• Lifetime — one-time purchase for permanent access (available for a limited time)

Current pricing is displayed within the App and on the App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase.

4.3 Billing and Auto-Renewal

• All payments are processed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process payments directly.
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on App Store or Google Play pricing.
• Price changes will be communicated in advance. Any price increase will only apply to your next renewal period, not your current subscription.

4.4 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Blessed
• Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Blessed

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies:

• Apple: Request a refund from Apple
• Google: Request a refund from Google Play

4.6 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your existing subscription by tapping "Restore Purchase" on the subscription screen. This verifies your purchase with Apple or Google at no additional charge.

5. Your Content

5.1 Ownership

You own all content you create in the App, including your journal entries, manifestation goals, and Vision Board images. We do not claim any ownership or licence over your personal content.

5.2 Content Guidelines

While the App is a private, personal space, you agree not to use it to store or transmit content that:

• Is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Our Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, icons, features, and code, is owned by Divith Technologies and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App's branding or trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

8. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Divith Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. In such cases:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Active subscriptions will not be refunded for the violation period
• We may delete your account and associated data

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

12. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (Supabase, RevenueCat, Loops) as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, this clause does not affect your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Divith Technologies regarding your use of the App.
